The Leadership Mastery programme was officially unveiled at an exclusive event on 13th June, 2024, at the iconic Sky Garden in London.
Titled "Navigating the Future: Leadership Master in a Transforming World", this event was open to a selected group of 150 executive leaders and delved into the pivotal themes shaping the future of leadership, including:
- Megatrends and digital transformation
- Visionary leadership and strategy execution
- Humble leadership and people-centricity
- Mindfulness and stress management
- Challenges and opportunities in modern leadership
The event featured two inspirational keynote speakers who provided glimpses into the programme content:
- Keith Ferrazzi, preeminent thought leader in leadership and team dynamics, Founder of Ferrazzi Greenlight and New York Times #1 bestselling author, delivered an inspirational speech on personal leadership and rethinking team dynamics with a forward-looking twist.
- Martin Kupp, Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and Strategy at ESCP Business School, gave an engaging talk on corporate innovation, ambidextrous organisations, and important links between exploration, extrapolation and exploitation.
The event culminated in an inspiring panel discussion, where Ferrazzi and Kupp were joined by Veronique Tran, Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Executive Vice-President of Executive Education and Corporate Relations at ESCP Business School.
Prof. Tran added an emotional intelligence perspective to the fascinating discussion, rethinking the future of leadership in the light of global technological advancements and changing behaviours.
