Veronique Tran is Professor of Organizational Behavior at ESCP Business School, and Executive Vice President in charge of Executive Education and Corporate Relations.
She previously served as the Dean and Rector of the Berlin Campus, as the Academic Dean of the Executive MBA and General Management Programme (GMP), and as Associate Dean for the MBA in International Management. She also chaired the European Management Faculty Department from 2013 to 2015.
Veronique earned her Doctorate in Psychology from the University of Geneva (Switzerland) in 2004. Her primary research focus was the interaction of emotions with decision-making processes in management teams. During her post-doctoral studies in the Industrial/Organizational area of the Department of Psychology at The Pennsylvania State University, she had the opportunity to research creativity and innovation processes in organisations (from the individual spark to organisational change and culture). Her research interests also include the role of emotion in service interactions in the luxury industry.
Veronique has extensive experience in executive education and international management development, with emphasis on topics such as personality, group decision-making, teamwork, emotional competence, leadership, and agile organisations. She also performs personal coaching (personal development, leadership, team or organisational dynamics).
