Curriculum
Our programme targets your expertise
The specialisation complements the more traditional subjects of real estate (development, finance, investments, consulting, management, capital markets, law and taxation) with cutting edge topics such as Big Data, PropTech, Smart Cities and more, in order to provide the future leaders of the real estate industry with the necessary skills required to enter, develop and succeed in this versatile sector.
By combining multiple teaching methods, such as in-class lectures, workshops, business cases, field trips, online content, individual as well as group work, our students learn how to work, interact, and problem-solve in multiple scenarios and within the different specialisations that the industry offers – from banking to consulting to valuation and beyond. In addition, many of the professors also work in the professional world bringing their own first-hand experience to the table. This is complemented by multiple networking opportunities with key industry stakeholders.
