Géraldine Galindo is a Full Professor of Human Resources Management at ESCP BS and Director of the Institute "Leadership and Inclusive Management."
Graduated from “Ecole Normale Supérieure”, she holds a PhD and a HDR in Management Sciences.
Before joining ESCP, she began her academic career as an Associate Professor at Paris Saclay University.
Her research focuses on the human and organizational dimensions of key societal challenges, including:
- HR and Innovation: Skills for digital transformation, the future of HRM in a digital era, AI’s impact on HR, and HRM’s role in start-up evolution.
- Diversity Management: Challenges of religious diversity in France.
- Personal Branding: Distinctiveness strategies for PhD students in management and women in the luxury sector.
She regularly publishes and communicates her research’s results in academic and professional journals and conferences. She won prizes for academic articles and case studies. She has also published several books on HRM, Religious Diversity and Personal Branding.
Previously, she was the Director of the "Factory for the Future" Chair (with Safran and Michelin) and responsible for the HRM course in the Master in Management (MIM) program. She is also an active member of different Think Tanks on her research topics.
She teaches in various programs, including MIM, specialized master’s, and Executive Education.
